Pinot Noir 50% (03) and Chardonnay 50% (04): The blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay offers body, structure, finesse and elegance. Thanks to a longer ageing in the cellar, the champagne is well balanced between strength and roundness. Firstly this champagne develops white fresh fruit aromas and after aeration it has hints of toffee and brioche.
