Pinot Noir 100%: Made from selected grapes and refined with egg-whites when maturation in the vats before bottling. If stored correctly, this wine can be kept up to 15 years. Powerful aromas of small red berries. The palate is harmonious: very fruity with morello cherries and strawberries. The fresh nature of this wine is surprising. Serve at 13 degrees. Complements fish dishes, shellfish and game. I have enjoyed it with a ploughman’s with cheese and it is fantastic. Limited stock.
