Negrette 40%, Cabernet Franc 30% and Syrah 30%: Deep red in colour. The nose is very expressive and complex with aromas of blackberry, blackcurrant and spices. There is a lingering finish with lots of personality. Can be drunk alone. It is important to allow this wine to breath and it gets even better when drunk the next day. Goes well with red meat and game.
