Melbec 100%: This wine is strong and smooth and black as ebony. It has a complex, concentrated nose. 6666 stocks are planted per hectare which reduces the yield per stock and increases the quality of the wines. The ageing is done in new oak barrels. To be opened at least two hours before drinking. Great with game and foie gras.  Only a few bottles.
