We have a lovely selection of classic French cheeses in the shop this week. The Selles Sur Cher is a goat`s milk cheese from Central Loire. First made in the 19th Century, this nutty, tasty cheese is coated in vegetable ash and salt and matured in caves. The Valency, from Central France, is another lovely goat`s cheese with a milder flavour. Our selection also includes a 36-month aged Comte, a lovely Camembert from Normandy, and this fabulous Rochefort. A perfect accompaniment to our unique French wines produced by small independent, dedicated families. Come and try! ...

Purchased several cases of wine from Nathan, red, white and recently rose. All have been very well received by me and friends. I love the enthusiasm he brings and it's nice to try wines that you don't see elsewhere.

Four of us shared a evening of wine tasting with Nathan. I cannot begin to describe how brilliant the evening was but will try. We started with some grand cru champagne and delivery of 1st class wines continued for about two hours each one accompanied by complimenting dishes which were sublime. If you enjoy food and wine accompanied by a fascinating and informative host the you are in for a treat. Highly, highly recommended. Thank you Nathan.
